
Founded by Rosie and Griff Cupitt, the Estate has been shaped by family, land, and a love of shared meals and honest hospitality. Rosie’s winemaking training in France and Italy laid the foundations, and today the next generation continues the story, with Head Winemaker Wally Cupitt leading the wines.
Small-batch, cool-climate wines are made with a minimal-intervention approach, using a mix of estate-grown fruit and grapes sourced from Southern NSW regions including Hilltops, Tumbarumba, and the Canberra District.
Guests can enjoy relaxed wine tastings, a celebrated restaurant, casual dining on the lawns, and luxury accommodation overlooking rolling farmland with views to Burrill Lake and the Budawang Ranges. Open 7 days.
